Shipping Info

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately!!

1. General

Subject to stock availability. I try to maintain accurate stock counts on my website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and I will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, I will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about processing a refund/awaiting stock or choosing another product.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. I am using ‘An Post’ the Irish postal service. As standard I choose standard post if you wish to receive your order via express post, please contact me to arrange this. I will not provide tracking unless specifically asked as An Post does not provide a service enabling me to link the tracking numbers with my website, at this time.

3. Where do I ship?

I ship worldwide (with the exception of Israel), if your country is not listed the shipping options, please email me at ellenoconnorart@gmail.com and I will add it for you, if shipping to your location is possible.

4. Returns

I do not accept returns at this time

5. Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and I encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with me.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to me at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

6. How long does it take?

Dispatch may take 7-10 days. You will receive a dispatch email. Time for delivery is dependant on your location and local postal services.
